This dragon is downright fascinating! It's one of the few dragons to live in a beach ecosystem, an ecosystem often ignored by fantasy universes, and as someone who seems to like reptiles more than most people, it was really fun getting into a super reptilian dragon again! Buried under all the hype over its appearance, the Sand Wraith is actually a very interesting creature in its own right! But as I got into these theories, I really got interested. So I admit, I wasn't enthusiastic about making theories for this one at first due to all.that. It's more how the fandom treats it that I'm not a fan of, and sure enough, when trying to find other fan theories, all I found was people trying to turn it into a Night Fury. It's not one of my favorites by any stretch, but I like it well enough. But that's not actually because I dislike the dragon. Now admittedly, I haven't exactly hidden the fact that the Sand Wraith is not a dragon I enjoy talking about. Legend has it that anyone who is survives an attack from a Sweet Wraith will fall in love with the next person they see! One is the Desert Wraith, a Sand Wraith subspecies that migrated to and lives in the desert away from the seashore, and one is the Sweet Wraith, a very small pink Sand Wraith subspecies. Hi, everyone! I hope everyone got to watch the opening ceremony for the Winter Olympics yesterday, but today, we'll be focusing on the upcoming Valentine's Day! In honor of the day, I've decided to do theories on the Sand Wraith! Why? Because the Sand Wraith has two specific subspecies.
